Since 1983, Choices has been serving young women, men, and babies. We’re a non-profit, privately funded community health center in compliance with federal and state laws. We serve the Greater Phoenix area and are staffed by client advocates and medical professionals who are here to listen and provide the facts and information to help individuals make informed decisions about their body, sexuality, and future. All consultations are confidential and the majority of our services are free or at a very low cost.
Many of the young women and men we serve are at a crossroads in their lives due to an unplanned pregnancy. They face one of the most important decisions about life at a time when they feel theirs is unraveling. They fear rejection, condemnation, and isolation from their family, friends and social circles. At Choices, we understand that the ultimate decision is theirs to make. Although we don’t refer or provide abortion services, we provide a safe place to talk, explore options, seek medical services, learn about available resources and hear about the hope available to all of us for a better life.
We offer resources and compassionate care for those facing planned or unplanned pregnancies, including prenatal care, well-woman exams, STD testing, Abortion Pill Reversal, Natural Family Planning, parenting classes and free ultrasounds and pregnancy tests. Finding out that you are pregnant could be one of the most joy-filled moments of your life. It can also be the most frightening. You may be confused or unsupported in the decisions that you will be making. Who can you turn to for help? At First Way, we listen, we care, we tell you the truth.
Our services are free of charge and include pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound imaging, options counseling for both women and men, pregnancy and parenting education classes for women and men, community referrals, material support like diapers, clothes, and other supplies.
We are here for you to help you make an informed choice! We offer free or low-cost healthcare, including pregnancy tests, counseling, ultrasounds, abortion pill reversal, IUD and implant birth control removal, GYN exams, and STD tests. All services are available in English and Spanish.
Life More Abundantly is a Christ-centered, volunteer-based Pregnancy Resource Center located in South Phoenix, Arizona. LMA serves clients from all social and economic backgrounds and we offer informed choices with a wide range of services to support men, women and families throughout their pregnancy and beyond.
Our free services include pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, parenting classes, post-abortion counseling and an emergency diaper program, and other supplies for families.

Maggie’s Place offers a caring support system and source of hope to women experiencing homelessness during the critical time of pregnancy and baby’s first year. We provide a nurturing and stable home, nutritious food, infant supplies, access to medical care, and programs that are trauma informed, focused on building resiliency and strengthening families.
